The interior design creates a welcoming atmosphere with warm colours and plenty of wood, where you will feel right at home. Your room is very quiet, embedded in a wonderful landscape and you may benefit from our central location in the Isarco Valley.

The Basic Rooms are our lodgings without a balcony. They are comfortably furnished with plenty of wood and carpeted floors and offer Wi-Fi, satellite TV, a desk, bathroom with WC and shower and some also have a bidet.

Comfort Room – 2-4 persons
The Comfort Rooms feature a balcony and most of them are south-facing. The bright, sun-kissed rooms create a pleasant ambiance and the warm furnishings with lots of wood offer a homely feeling. The rooms are equipped with satellite TV, a desk, a bathroom with WC and shower or bathtub. Some rooms also feature a bidet. Some of our Comfort Rooms offer space for 3 to 4 persons.

Rates and discounts
The prices apply per person, including a simple breakfast for a stay of 3 days or more.
The local tax of € 1.80 for guests of 14 years or older is not included.
Surcharge for double room with single occupancy: 15 €.

Booking
Please note: The booking becomes binding with the payment of a deposit for confirmation (booking guarantee) and the transmission of the booking confirmation. The deposit will not be reimbursed in case of cancellation.
Additional fees and terms of payment
Deposit: We welcome written reservations via e-mail. The reservation will be confirmed once the deposit 30% of the total amount has been paid.

In case of cancellation, the deposit will not be reimbursed. Furthermore, the below stated cancellation policy will apply.
Terms of payment
You may pay your bill in the hotel in cash or by credit card, ATM or EC card.
Arrival & Departure
Arrival: Your room is ready for you from 6 p.m. If you arrive earlier or after 9 p.m., please let us know in good time.
Departure: We kindly ask you to settle your bill the evening before departure. On your departure day, we ask you to vacate the room at 10:00 a.m. at the latest.
Cancellations
Cancellation conditions according to Art. 1382 ZGB
If you need to cancel your stay due to COVID-19, you will not be charged any fees. Border closures and official travel warnings from the country of origin offer valid reasons.
In the case of cancellations for other reasons, the following cancellation conditions apply:
- Until 30 days before arrival, you may cancel your booking free of charge.
- From 29 days to 7 days before arrival, your deposit will not be reimbursed.
- 6 days or less before your arrival, no-show or late arrival, or early departure, 70% of the room price will be charged.
The cancellation of your booking must be made in writing.
